The head of the Department of Internal Policy of the Atyrau region, Kanat Azmukhanov, said that the akimat made such a decision due to the fact that it could fly away due to unfavorable weather conditions.

But thanks to improved weather and happy forecasts for the coming month, the flag was re-hung. This was good news for residents of the city of Atyrau, which increased the number of people walking around the flagpole.
