Previously fallen, 91 meter flagpole regained its flag

At the end of December, a flagpole was built in the city of Atyrau, which earlier fell during construction due to strong winds. Then everything was successfully rebuilt. A couple of days after the solemn event, the flag, which is one of the symbols of the Republic of Kazakhstan, was removed .. The head of the Department of Internal Policy of the Atyrau region, Kanat Azmukhanov, said that the akimat made such a decision due to the fact that it could fly away due to unfavorable weather conditions.

But thanks to improved weather and happy forecasts for the coming month, the flag was re-hung. This was good news for residents of the city of Atyrau, which increased the number of people walking around the flagpole.

Residents of Shymkent are pleased by repair work

Since Shymkent became a cultural capital city of CIS in 2020, objects as museums, theatres, parks and other sights were actively restored. One of them is Russian Drama Theater near Arbat Street .
