A storm warning has been issued in four regions of Kazakhstan, «Kazinform» reports.

On January 14, fog, ice and snowstorm are expected in the West Kazakhstan region.Wind gusts of 15-20 m/s.
In Uralsk, fog, snowstorm, wind gusts up to 18 m/s are expected. The probability of a storm is 85-90%.
In the East Kazakhstan region, a blizzard is expected, also the temperature will drop to -33 degrees.
In the North Kazakhstan region, the air temperature will reach -38 degrees below zero at night.
In the Kyzylorda region, fog is expected; the wind is 15-20 m/s.

Severe frosts can lead to an increase in the number of man-made fires, accidents, and transport breakdowns. There is also possibility of increased cases of hypothermia and frostbite.
