Elnar Baziken, the head of the Urban Center, explained that the snowman turned out to be frameless.

"During the construction of the snowman there were certain difficulties due to frosts, the snow was poorly sculpted, crumbling like sand. Although a snow figure is almost more than 10 meters, the length of his scarf is 20 meters. The girth of the hat is 5 meters," Elnar Baziken said.

According to the speech of the Saryarka district’s akim, Abdrakhman Daulenbayev, no budget funds were allocated for the construction of the giant snowman.

Abdrakhman Daulenbaev said: "Thanks to the enthusiasm and joint efforts of the akimat and residents of the Saryarka district, this snowman appeared. It has already became a landmark of both our district and the city. The author of the project is a famous sculptor-artist, creator of the Kazakh eli monument Sembigali Smagulov."

The metropolitan snowman can certainly claim the title of the largest snowman in Kazakhstan and Central Asia. However, with the arrival of spring's warmth the huge snowman will be destroyed.

Finding Nemo (2003) By eating some animals, sharks do not allow their population to multiply massively. It supports in the nature of competition. As a result, species diversity is preserved in ecosystems. And environmentalists have long found out: the larger it is, the more resistant the community is to adverse environmental factors...
