Working in the office, you can communicate face to face and understand your interlocutor's work friend by his facial expressions. Working remotely, your long conversations turn into lackluster messages. But there is no denying that people are divided into two camps such as extroverts and introverts.

Flexibility

One of the most important things in your life, as your success depends on it. Working at home you make a schedule for yourself and sometimes you can destroy it and working in the office you will always have one schedule and it is much more efficient.

Environment

It depends on how much you will be productive to work as working at home you can make the environment for yourself put the furniture you want or a table and working in the office you can have loud employees or something like that.

And so you should always choose what you like and how you will be more productive.
