The foundation of Kendirli village was laid

A new village was created in Mangistau region. The settlement is called "Kendirli". According to the plan, it will be located near Zhanaozen. According to officials, the master plan of the village is being finalized.


The new village is located 63 km from Zhanaozen and 2 km from the Kendirli resort area. The head of the region took part in the groundbreaking ceremony of the new settlement.

"Kendirli rural settlement has been functioning since the beginning of this year. Now all the buildings and workplaces of the village work near the village of Rakhat.

In the future it is planned to get closer to the sea, in the future to develop tourism here, to lay the foundation of this village Kendirli to work for the people and the country."

In the future, a new district may be created in this area. It covers about 7-9 villages. Among them are Rakhat, Tenge, Bostan, Senek and others. Kendirli district occupies six hundred and sixteen thousand hectares.

"Preparations are underway to establish a temporary akim's office in Rakhat village. Implementation is scheduled for March this year. This area is currently under the administration of Karakiya district."


In addition, the head of the region instructed officials to take into account the specifics of the local area when developing a master plan of the village. At the same time, attention will be paid to the construction of infrastructure, and only then will the allocation of land for individual housing construction begin. For example, in order to provide drinking water, it is planned to build a desalination plant with a capacity of 50 cubic meters per day in the Kendirli resort area. It provides clean water not only to Kendirli village, but also to Zhanaozen and other suburban settlements.

Residents of Shymkent are pleased by repair work

Since Shymkent became a cultural capital city of CIS in 2020,  objects as museums, theatres, parks and other sights were actively restored. One of them is Russian Drama Theater near Arbat Street .
