Alma students will have a combined form of study later than expected.

First and final year students of Almaty Management University will have a combined education form starting in the spring. This news appeared on the official website and Instagram page of the university on January 14.

The thing is that students had to switch to combined study with the beginning of the new semester, to be more precise, on February 1. However, the tightening of the quarantine affected the transfer offline format for a month. There were dissatisfied students because the majority of them bought tickets and prepared to move to Almaty.

The response of AlmaU administration was not long in coming. The University offered to provide the first-year students with two disciplines in an offline format.

❝Of course, it is nice to realize that the university takes into account the wishes and needs of students, but I, like most first-year students, have already decided not to rush with a trip to Almaty and just changed tickets for another date. I think studying offline for the sake of two disciplines is pointless and inconvenient. It is important to understand that only practice will be offline.❞ says one of AlmaU freshmen from Kostanay.
